Biofuels Corporation (the "Company")


The Company's Chairman, Mike Buzzacott, has on 4 January 2007 transferred, for
nil consideration, 3,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the
Company to his wife Mrs K L Buzzacott.  Following the transfer Mike Buzzacott
remains interested in 10,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the
Company.
