                            TERMINATION OF NEGOTIATIONS AND
                              APPROACH FROM A THIRD PARTY



The Board of Beeson Gregory announces that the negotiations for the purchase of
Old Mutual Securities Limited have been terminated by mutual agreement.

The Board of Beeson Gregory further announces that it has received an approach
from a third party which may lead to discussions concerning a potential offer
for the Company.

A further statement will be made when appropriate.
