The Company has today been notified of a change in the interests of Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton") in the Company in relation to its off-market takeover offer to acquire all the ordinary shares in the Company and shares purchased by Norton on-market. The Company has been informed that Norton has a voting power of 69,463,329 shares, representing 19.82% of the Company's issued share capital. A Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder (Form 604) has been lodged with ASIC and the ASX and is available from the Company's website.
