Bioganix Plc announces that it was informed on 2 April 2007 that on 30 March
2007 Nick Helme (Managing Director) and his wife sold 3,500 and 17,500 ordinary
shares in the Company respectively at a price of 175p per share.  On the same
date Mr Helme's and his wife's personal pension schemes purchased 3,500 and
17,500 ordinary shares in the Company respectively at a price of 175p per share.
There has therefore been no change in the beneficial share interests of either
Mr Helme or his wife.
