Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC") has agreed to issue
USD 2,000,000,000 of 1.500% Covered Bonds due 12 December 2014 (the
"Covered Bonds") pursuant to its EUR10,000,000,000 Global Public
Sector Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed as to payments by CIBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited
Partnership (the "Programme").
The following document constitutes the final terms dated 6
December 2011 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of Covered
Bonds for the purpose of Article 5.4 of the Prospectus Directive
(Directive 2003/71/EC) and must be read in conjunction with the
Prospectus dated 9 September 2011, a 1(st) Supplementary Prospectus
dated December 2, 2011 and a 2(nd) Supplementary Prospectus dated
December 5, 2011 (together, the "Prospectus"). Complete information
on CIBC and the offering of Covered Bonds can only be obtained by
reading the Final Terms together with the Prospectus.
The Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.
Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
