Change of manager and name and reinvestment into DW Catalyst Offshore Fund, Ltd

The Company is pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 January 2015, its 
manager is DW Partners, LP, it has changed its name from BH Credit Catalysts 
Limited to DW Catalyst Fund Limited and that its assets (net of funds required 
for short-term working capital requirements) have been reinvested into DW 
Catalyst Offshore Fund, Ltd (formerly Brevan Howard Credit Catalysts Fund 
Limited). 
 
The Company's ticker symbols will be changed to "DWCG" and "DWCU" for its 
Sterling and US dollar share classes respectively.
