We refer to the Mortgage Administration Agreement dated 25 March 1999 (the "Mortgage Administration Agreement"). Words and expressions defined in the Mortgage Administration Agreement shall have the same meanings when used in this letter.

The Issuer hereby gives notice that an amendment has been made to the Mortgage Administration Agreement with effect from 19 March 2018 the reference to "Barclays" shall be deleted and replaced with "Barclays PLC" in Clause 4.2.3(ii) of the Mortgage Administration Agreement.

This amendment has been made to reflect the movement of the administrator role to a Barclays PLC subsidiary following the re-organisation of the corporate structure of the Barclays group due to ring-fencing requirements.
