(the "Noteholders" and the "Notes", respectively)

Capitalised terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the offering circular relating to the Notes dated 17 March 1999 (the "Offering Circular").

In accordance with paragraph 12 of the section entitled "General Information" contained in the Offering Circular, the Issuer agreed to make certain documents and information available to Noteholders.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic causing continued restricted access to office premises for the purposes of inspection of the documents, the Issuer has decided to make such documents and information available for inspection in a secure data room.
