Negotiations with Land Securities Trillium in respect of the future arrangements
for PPS Limited and the Trillium contract for the Department of Works and
Pensions are at an advanced stage but have not been completed by yesterday's
date as forecast in the last statement to shareholders sent out on 23 November
2001. The Board expects a conclusion to these negotiations in the near future
and a further announcement will be made at that time.
