Progress Report

The Board wish to announce the Company's further progress towards achieving the
objectives set out in its Admission Document:


1.   Operational - The mill at Drylands turned for first time on August 1, 
only one year after casting foundations, on schedule and within budget. In
initial tests, the plant is performing well under load.  Full production at
Drylands is forecast for December 2002



2.   Plant purchases - The Company has purchased 9 mills, spares and
mill house for #156,250.  Strategic spares are included in the purchase
price. This demonstrates the Company's ability to purchase low cost good quality
used plant
