Bodisen Biotech, Inc. announces the death of its Independent Director 
 
 
 
 
Shaanxi, China-July , 2009 - Bodisen Biotech, Inc. (the "Company") (London AIM: 
BODI, Pink Sheets: BBCZ, website:  www.bodisen.com) today announced the death of 
the Company's Independent Director Patrick J. McManus.  The Company's management 
and employees express their sincere condolences for his death. Bo Chen, the 
Company's Chairman, remarked, "Patrick J. McManus was a very good person who 
always worked hard on Company matters. He contributed a lot of important work to 
Bodisen Biotech, Inc. and gave much good advice. We cooperated very well. I 
personally thank him very much for his contribution. His death is a great lost 
to the Company. We should convert our shared sense of loss into strength and 
continue to work together in these hard economic times to develop our Company's
