Sale of Treasury shares to satisfy exercise of warrants

 

Notification is given pursuant to the general authority granted by the shareholders of the Trust on 11 July 2005 to sell
Treasury shares.  On 8 August 2005 the Trust sold 6,110 Ordinary Shares held as Treasury shares at a price of 100 pence
per share to satisfy the exercise of warrants.  

 

The Trust now holds 820 Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue less the total
number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury following the sale of such Ordinary Shares is 1,357,680 Ordinary Shares.
