Shareholding
The Company today received
notification that Alan Stewart, a Non-Executive Director, purchased
124 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 5 August 2024
at a price of 743.1758 pence per Share following the reinvestment
of the Company's Final Dividend for the 52 weeks to 30 March 2024
paid to shareholders on 2 August 2024.
