                            Proposed Final Dividend


The payment date for the final dividend of 0.31p per share recommended by the
Board of Business Systems Group Holdings plc in their preliminary announcement
today, will be 5th August 2006. The dividend will be paid to all shareholders
registered on 30 June 2006.
