                            Directors' Shareholdings

The remuneration committee approved the grant of share options to subscribe for
Ordinary Shares in the Company to certain directors of Blue Star on 13 April
2005. The options are exercisable at 21.5p per share at any time between 22
April 2008 and 22 April 2015.
