Capital Ideas plc is pleased to announce that it acted in an advisory capacity
in the recent restructuring and refinancing of two companies, earning fees for
its consultancy services.


Smart Implant plc ("Smart Implant") - www.smartimplant.co.uk


Smart Implant is a breast implant manufacturer and distributor which has
developed a unique breast implant.  One of the first breast implants to be
branded, its product has many advantages over the current saline and silicone
products in the market.  The global market for breast implants is currently
$600-650m and is growing at 12-15% per annum.  Smart Implant is protecting its
technology by making international patent applications and registering UK
trademarks and it is the Company's view that this product has strong potential
in a rapidly growing market.


Capital Ideas was involved in the identification of this investment opportunity
and assisting in arranging the refinancing of the business which involved the
investment of #550,000 for development capital.  Smart Implant intends to seek
an AIM admission in the third quarter of 2007.  In recognition of its
professional services, Capital Ideas has been granted 7,000,000 shares or 1.4%
of the share capital.  This stake is valued at #175,000 based on the recent
round of Pre-IPO funding undertaken by the Company.

Capital Ideas was involved in identifying this investment opportunity and
assisting with the organisation of the refinancing of the business which

major shareholder and the investment of #280,000 in development capital.
Capital Ideas has been granted an option to subscribe for shares in the company
representing 2.5% of the share capital at par.
