                                Issue of Equity 
 
CBG Group plc, the Manchester based insurance broker and financial services 
specialist, announces that it has today allotted 213,592 ordinary shares of 4p 
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the earn out clause 
of the Share Purchase Agreement between CBG Group plc and Howgud Limited dated 
04 April 2008. 
 
Following admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 
15,878,753 Ordinary Shares. 
 
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading 
on AIM on or around the 21 April 2010.
