CBaySystems Holdings (AIM: CBAY), a leading provider of technology-enabled 
clinical documentation, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting is 
today being sent to shareholders. 
 
The meeting will take place at 11am on the morning of September 28, 2010 at the 
offices of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, Mitre House, 160 Aldersgate Street, London, 
EC1A 4DD, U.K. 
 
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available free of charge from 
the registered office of the Company and can also be viewed at the IR section of
