Divestiture of AMSplus, Inc.

CBaySystems (AIM: CBAY), a leading provider of integrated clinical documentation solutions for the U.S. healthcare industry, announces that it has sold AMSplus, Inc. (AMSplus) to AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions (AHS). AMSplus supplies medical billing services to physician practices, hospitals and clinics primarily in the New England region. This divestiture allows Cbay to increase its focus on its core clinical documentation solutions operations.
