Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

CBaySystems (AIM: CBAY), a leading provider of integrated clinical documentation solutions for the U.S. healthcare industry, announces, further to the announcements of 11 January 2011 and 24 December 2010, that the cancellation of the Company's shares to trading on AIM is expected to be effective from 7.00 a.m. on 28 January 2011.
