                            ("CBI" or "the Company")
                        Change of AGM and dividend dates
                                        
                                        
The date of CBI's annual general meeting has been changed from 16 May 2007 to 21
June 2007.

The proposed final dividend for 2006, which is subject to the approval of
shareholders at the AGM, will now be paid on 3 August 2007 to shareholders on
the register on 6 July 2007.
