CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces the conversion of a number of Euro Shares into Sterling Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Sterling and Euro shares as at 31 March 2022 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 31 March 2022), the current conversion ratio, in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 0.782189 Sterling Shares per Euro Share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 980,000 Euro Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 766,545 Sterling Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc. It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Sterling Shares will commence 29 April 2022. The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
