                            CDS OIL & GAS GROUP PLC

                                GRANT OF OPTIONS

On 27th November 2007, CDS Oil & Gas Group plc ("the Company") granted options
over 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to each of Takeo Hirata
and Evanan Romero, directors of the Company, under the Company's Unapproved
Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable at any time up to and including
31st December 2011 at an exercise price of 40p per ordinary share. Neither Mr
Hirata nor Mr Romero have any other interest in the Company's share capital.

At the same time, the Company granted options on the same terms over a further
650,000 ordinary shares to consultants and advisers to the Company.
