The Board of Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce that all 
resolutions proposed to stockholders at the Company's Annual Meeting held 
yesterday were duly passed, as follows: 
 
 
  *  all directors were elected; 
  *  the proposal to delist the Company's common stock from the AIM Market of the 
  London Stock Exchange was approved by 99.9% of shares voting; and 
  *  approval of the Company's auditors was ratified by stockholders.
