Cassidy Brother plc ("Cassidy Brothers" or the "Company") is sending to 
shareholders today a notice of General Meeting convening a meeting for 3.00p.m. 
on 26th November 2010 at the Company's registered office - Cassidy Brothers plc, 
Cornfield Road, Blackpool, FY4 4QW 
The General Meeting has been convened in connection with proposals to change the 
name of the Company to 'Casdon plc'. 
The Company's trading name has been "Casdon" for a number of years and is how 
the group's products are recognised by its customers, the Board therefore feel 
changing the Company's name to Casdon plc gives a clear and concise message to 
customers, suppliers and shareholders.

which is being sent to shareholders today and can be downloaded from the
