The Company announces that on the 17(th) April 2012, Peter Cassidy, the Company's Joint Managing Director, and Philip Cassidy, the Company's other Joint Managing Director, received a total of 124,639 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary Shares") from the estate of Mrs B M Cassidy.

Peter Cassidy received 62,320 Ordinary Shares and Philip Cassidy received 62,319 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above transactions:

The beneficial interest of Philip Cassidy is now 204,113 Ordinary Shares representing 3.69% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
