            Completion of the acquisition of Conduit Square Limited

Further to the announcement on 7 September 2005, Creative Education Corporate
Plc ("CEC") is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisitions of Conduit
Square Limited ("Conduit") and the Primary Steps nursery from Iron Founders and
Allied Trade Nominees Limited ("IFAT").

The final consideration payable by CEC for Conduit was #2,233,262 payable in the
form of three year unsecured loan notes.  The consideration payable by CEC was
reduced by #600,000 from the original consideration and no interest will be
payable on the loan notes.  In addition, the loan note holders have agreed to
convert the loan notes into CEC shares at a subscription price of 5p per share.
Such conversion will be subject to shareholder approval and consent from the
Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.

The directors anticipate that the acquisitions will create a net saving of
approximately #200,000 between rent currently payable on the Conduit and IFAT
properties being acquired and the interest payable on the bank loans relating to
those properties.
