CLOSE ENHANCED COMMODITIES FUND II LIMITED (the "Company")

REDEMPTION PAYMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

The Company advises that, further to the announcement headed 'Redemption of Participating Shares in the Company' released 14 June 2013, the Redemption Proceeds due to shareholders have been postponed due to the delay in receipt of the Maturity Proceeds to be paid from the Issuers of the Debt Securities held by the Company.

The Investment Manager is actively pursuing the Issuers to ensure full settlement of the Maturity Proceeds and it is anticipated that the Maturity Proceeds will be received, in full, within seven business days.

A further announcement will be made by the Company as soon as the full Maturity Proceeds have been received from the Debt Securities.
