Charterhouse Communications plc received notification on 11 April 2006 that Mr.
Geoffrey Gamble purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a
price of 3.25 pence each, and 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
at a price of 3.31 pence each, on 11 April 2006.


Following these purchases Mr. Gamble's holding in the Company is 12,031,801
