IMMEDIATE

MONDAY 30 April 2007 -- ChoicesUK announces today that Iain Muspratt, a founding
shareholder and former Chairman and Chief Executive, is to step down from the
Board with immediate effect.  The Board acknowledges his outstanding
contribution to the Company over many years and wishes him well for the future.

John Sealey, Group Finance Director has also resigned from the Board but will
continue to serve as Company Secretary.  Chris White, the Operations Director is
appointed as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.
