Resignation of Nominated Adviser 
 
 
The Company announces today that it has received notice of Grant Thornton UK 
LLP's resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser for the purposes of the AIM 
Rules for Companies with immediate effect. 
 
 
If within one month following today, the Company has failed to appoint a 
replacement Nominated Adviser, the admission of the Company's shares to trading 
on AIM will be cancelled. 
 
 
Further to the Company's announcement of 28 January 2009, the Company's general 
meeting including a resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's ordinary 
shares to trading on AIM is due to be held on 27 February 2009. Should this 
resolution be passed, then cancellation is expected to occur at 7am on 9 March 
2009.
