                                    MEETINGS 
 
 
        CASH DISTRIBUTIONS AND CASH PAYMENTS FROM THE ENTITLEMENT POOLS 
 
The forthcoming Extraordinary General Meetings 
On 8 October 2010 the Company announced the publication of a Circular, 
containing recommended proposals for a voluntary winding-up of the Company and 
Notices of two Extraordinary General Meetings to be held on 3 November and 10 
November 2010 respectively. 
 
The Board of the Company today further announces that, in light of 
representations made by one of the Company's largest Shareholders (holding more 
than 25 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company), the Chairman intends to 
move a proposal at each of the Extraordinary General Meetings that the relevant 
meeting be adjourned indefinitely. 
 
The Board, along with the Company's Investment Manager and Corporate Broker, is 
actively considering the Company's options and will communicate further 
proposals to Shareholders in due course. 
 
Cash distributions and cash payments 
The Board also announces that the Company will make a cash distribution to 
Shareholders, by means of a compulsory redemption of Shares, as soon as 
practicable following this announcement. The Company will also make cash 
payments out of the Company's Entitlement Pools to persons who participated in 
the Company's redemption offers of December 2008, March 2009 and June 2009. 
 
Details of the cash distribution and of the cash payments, including as to 
amounts, timings and means of settlement, will be announced in due course. 
 
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement will have 
the same meaning given to such terms in the Circular of the Company dated 8 
October 2010.
