Trading Update ahead of AGM

Cambian Group PLC ('Cambian', 'the Group', 'the Company'), one of the UK's leading specialist education and behavioural health services providers, releases the following trading update ahead of its Annual General Meeting later today.

Our focus this year has been to continue to improve the quality of our services whilst re-positioning services to higher severity with corresponding fee increases. The Group's trading for the five months to 31 May 2018 is in line with the Board's expectations and circa 80 per cent of published inspections were rated as "Good" or "Outstanding" by Ofsted or equivalent. The Company expects to announce its results for the six months ending 30 June 2018 in September 2018.
