Cambian Group plc (the "Company") announces the results of the
poll held on the resolutions passed at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held at 2.30pm, 22 June 2018. All resolutions were duly
passed by the requisite majority. Any proxy votes which are at the
discretion of the Chairman have been included in the "For"
total.
