De-merger of Healthlink Consultancy Inc. 
 
 
China Medical System Holdings Limited (AIM: CMSH) is pleased to announce 
that following the passing of resolutions at the Company's Extraordinary General 
Meeting held on 11 December 2009, the effective distribution and de-merger of 
Healthlink Consultancy Inc. ("Healthlink") took place today. 
A total of 38,921,747 shares (representing 82.1% of the issued share capital of 
the Company) elected to receive shares in Healthlink, with 8,487,157 shares 
(representing 17.9% of the issued share capital of the Company) elected for the 
Cash Alternative. 
The posting of share certificates of Healthlink Shares and cheques to 
shareholders will be on 23 December 2009.
