Consolidated Minerals Limited (ASX:CSM, AIM:CNM, FSE:CMN) advises that Palmary
Enterprises (Australia) Pty Limited ("Palmary") has lodged a notice of change of
interests of substantial holder.

The notice discloses that Palmary has a 49.74% (down from 51.23%) shareholding
in the expanded capital of Consolidated Minerals, represented by 123,554,969
fully paid ordinary shares. The dilution has occurred as Consolidated Minerals
has issued further shares on the conversion of convertible notes. Palmary had a
53.34% shareholding on a pre-dilution basis.
