Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited ("Credit Suisse") has lodged a notice of
initial substantial holder.



The notice discloses that Credit Suisse has a 5.75% shareholding in Consolidated
Minerals, represented by 14,285,260 fully paid ordinary shares.
