                         Publication of Interim Report

CODA plc (the 'Company'), the supplier of software systems designed specifically
to meet the needs of Financial Directors and Finance Departments, today
announces that its Interim Report for the period ended 30 June 2007 has been
despatched to its shareholders.

Copies of the Interim Report are available free of charge from today's date from
the Company's registered office at Methuen Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0GB
or can be downloaded from the investors' section of the Company's web site at
www.coda.com/investors/reports.

CODA has introduced a new service called 'Email Alert' under which interested
parties may subscribe to receive announcements about the company by email, and
also be notified when new documents are available to download from the website.
This service may be selected by logging on to www.coda.com/investors and
choosing 'Investor alerts by email'.
