Issue of new ordinary shares

Further to the Godfrey Vaughan sale and purchase agreement dated 5 April 2008, 533,334 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in respect of the third anniversary (and final) tranche of consideration shares have been allotted.

An application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Dealings are expected to commence on 11 April 2011.
