                                 Trading Update


ComputerLand UK PLC ('ComputerLand'), a provider of essential IT services to
medium and large businesses, is pleased to  announce a trading update for the
six months ending 31 October 2004, prior to entering its close period.

Trading during the period has been in line with the Board's expectations with
both sales and profits generated being at higher levels than in the
corresponding period last year.

A full update on the first half's trading and a statement on our outlook for the
second half of the year will be made with our interim results announcement on
Thursday 9 December 2004.
