Directors' Shareholdings



Core VCT I plc announces that on 23 June 2005, the following Directors received
a bonus issue of B Shares of 1p ("the B Shares") subsequent to the close of the
Offer for Subscription made in the Prospectus issued by the Company on 1
December 2005 (the "Prospectus").   The B Shares were issued pro rata to the
Directors' existing holdings of Ordinary Shares.

be sold at the same price to unconnected persons in order to ensure that 25% of
the B Shares are in 'public hands' in accordance with the Prospectus.
