The Company was notified on 16 October 2006 pursuant to Section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 that following a transfer from Core Capital LLP's own name
into Giltspur Nominees on 11 October 2006 totalling 5,472,285 shares, Core
Capital LLP the Company's Investment Manager, had an interest in 5,472,285 B
Shares in Core VCT I plc, representing 75% of the issued B Share capital of the
Company.
