Ciref, the property investment and development company, today announces that, 
subject to the approval of the Jersey Financial Services Commission ("JFSC"), Mr 
Wolf Cesman has resigned from the Board as a Non-Executive Director.  This 
follows Mr Cesman's retirement from the board of Ciref's major shareholder 
Redefine Properties Limited.
