Creat Resources Holdings Limited (AIM: CRHL) announces that on 7 February 2012, Stephen Powell, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Stephen Michael Powell is interested in 160,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.024% of the total voting rights.
