Result of General Meeting

Creat Resources Holdings Limited announces that at the General Meeting held today, a vote was cast in respect of the resolutions to approve the sale by the Company of all the existing mining assets currently held by the Group in Tasmania, Australia, together with all associated plant and equipment and to approve the Company's proposed investing policy (the "Resolutions"). The Company is pleased to announce that following the General Meeting, the Resolutions were passed.
