The Company announces the resignation of May Chen as a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. May Chen has resigned for personal reasons effective immediately. The Company and the Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Chen for her dedicated service to the Company and wish her well in her future endeavors. The Company will announce her successor in due course.
