                           Block Listing Application


The Company announces that an application has been made to the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange Plc for a block admission of 1,835,900 ordinary shares of
1 pence each in the Company to satisfy obligations under the Approved Share
Option Plan 2006 and Approved Share Option Plan 2007. These shares will be
allotted and issued in due course in accordance with the rules of the respective
schemes and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue.


Trading in the ordinary shares under the block listing is expected to commence
on 15 October 2007.
