Dividend Declaration 
 
 
26 March 2009 - The Board of Craneware plc, (AIM: CRW.L), a leader in financial 
improvement software solutions for the US healthcare market, has resolved to pay 
an interim dividend of 1.8 pence per ordinary share of 1 pence each in the share 
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Share"). The interim dividend is to be paid on 
5 June 2009 to the holders of Ordinary Shares on the register at the close of 
business on 8 May 2009. The ex-dividend date is 6 May 2009.
