6 November 2009 - Craneware plc, (AIM: CRW.L) a leading provider of financial 
performance improvement software for US healthcare organisations, today gives 
further information regarding its final dividend announced on the 7 September 
2009. 
 
 
For those shareholders who have previously registered to receive their dividend 
in US dollars under the Company's Dividend Currency Election, or who register to 
do so by the close of business on 6 November 2009, the dividend will be paid at 
an exchange rate of $1.64/ GBP1.
