Grant of Options 
23 December 2009 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in 
automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, announces 
that on 22 December 2009, the Remuneration Committee approved the granting of 
share options to certain Directors to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each 
in the Company as follows:

The above options have been granted at an exercise price of 335p per share. 
These options will be subject to performance criteria, such that they vest in 
three equal tranches over three years. One third of the share options will vest 
on or after 30 June 2010, one third on or after 30 June 2011 and the final third 
on or after 30 June 2012. The share options will not become exercisable until 
three years from the date of the grant.
